In My Mailbox (21)

In My Mailbox (IMM) was started by The Story Siren a few years back, and is a great way for bloggers to give the books they are reading (or are planning to read) a quick mention.  I've not done an IMM post in several weeks, so I have a bunch of books to report...

Stolen Away
By Alyxandra Harvey
Publisher: Walker Children's Books
Publication Date: January 17th, 2012
Source: ARC/NetGalley
Goodreads Synopsis
I haven't read any of Alyxandra's other books, but I've heard great things.  I love books about fae and changelings, so I wanted to give this one a shot.  Plus, I think the cover is pretty.

The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight
By Jennifer E. Smith
Publisher: Poppy
Publication Date: January 2nd, 2012
Source: Publisher
Goodreads Synopsis
I'm reading this right now, and so far, I am really enjoying it.  I was really excited when it came in the mail, especially because it's a finished copy.  Gotta love that!  Stay tuned for my review, which should be up in a day or two.
Lexapros and Cons
By Aaron Karo
Publisher: Farrar, Straus, and Giroux BYR

The Unbearable Book Club for Unsinkable Girls
By Julie Schumacher
Publisher: Delacorte BFYR
Publication Date: May 8th, 2012
Source:  ARC/NetGalley

  1. I agree that the Riley Bloom series is getting better. Hopefully I'll get a review copy of the new one since I did the other three. I even had one of my students ask me the other day if I'd be getting it and I didn't even know the title of it at that point.

I have heard nothing but great things about Me, Earl, and the Dying Girl. I got an ARC of it at NCTE in November and all the great things I've heard about it has moved it up on my TBR pile.

  10. We've got some of the same review books. I was so completely thrilled that TSPoLaFS came in the mail, because I'd been pining for it forever. It's an amazing novel! And I'm a big Harvey fan so I basically read Stolen Away as soon as I got it :)

I'm envious of your copy of Shattered Souls. I really want to read this at some point!

    Have an amazing reading week!

Thanks for visiting my blog! I adore comments since they make me feel special and loved, just please don't spam me. I'm not interested in vacation offers, millions of dollars from Nigeria, or anything not book related!

Also, this is an award-free blog. As flattered as I am, I just don't have time. I'm happy if I have time to post all of my reviews on time, and am a momma of three to boot, but I appreciate the thoughts! XO
